Submit a Data Subject Access Request against DPDPA Suite itself. We respond within 30 days (Rule 14 grievance window: 90 days).

If you are a customer's user
If your data lives inside a tenant where DPDPA Suite acts as Processor, send your request to that organisation's DPO first; we will assist them in fulfilling it.

We will not ask for Aadhaar or government ID at this stage.

DPDP Section 5 Notice
  • Fiduciary: DPDPA Suite (operated from India).
  • Purposes: Verify your identity; Locate and act on personal data we hold about you; Send response to the email you provide.
  • Personal data: Name, Email, Phone, Free-text description, IP address & user agent for fraud prevention.
  • Withdraw consent: any time, as easily as given, at /withdraw-consent.
  • Rights & grievance: file at /dsar or /grievance. Response within 90 days.
  • Escalation: Data Protection Board of India under §27 / TDSAT under §29.
